Zippie
If you have multiple business locations, then Zippie is for
you! Zippie is a very powerful system that can save you advertising money in
many ways. If you advertise on TV, Radio, Yellow Pages, or Print Media, you can
save money by listing only one number. The standard way is to give the
addresses and phone numbers for each location. It is nearly impossible for your
client to read and write down all of the store information.
With Zippie
you list only one number which is easy for your client to remember and write
down. The client then calls the listed number and Zippie does the rest.
The client will be asked to enter their Zip Code and Zippie will give your
client information, about the store location, directions, and phone numbers of
the nearest store or stores to them. You may also give your client the option
to be transferred directly to the store of their choice.
As a side
benefit you can have up to two promotional recordings with specials that you
can use to keep the client coming back to you location just to hear your
promotions.
Each night Zippie can send an Email report to each of your
store locations, that will include the calling customers name, phone number,
time and date called, and information on each store promotion your customer
accessed by your customer. The report will include information on direct
transfers.
You can use the information in the report to contact
customers who called after store hours. Zippie is a very useful tool to gather
demographic information about your clients, so that you can make better
decisions on how to spend your advertising money.

Zippie™ is a voice application
software package that your customers dial into using an 800-number or local
number to find stores nearest to their location. By advertising only one number
for a group of stores, you save money.
Your customer will be greeted with your business name and a
short introduction of your services. They will then hear a menu selection that
includes up to two promotional sections where you can run special promotions
that may be changed at will. The third option will ask the user to enter their
zip code. The system will then find the store or stores nearest to their
location, and will give directions and phone numbers to each of the stores.
After hearing the store messages, the user will have the option to be
transferred to one of the stores. This option requires a phone system that can
transfer out, or CENTREX lines.
