Care_Call+
Who Needs Care_Call+? This system is a must for
Retirement, Assisted Living, Group Home facilities or health care providers who
wish to offer calling notification and health patient monitoring.
There
is an increasing population of elderly in the community who require
assisitance.
Care_Call may be used as a appointment reminder by setting
the date and time that a call is to be made. If the patient does not respond to
the calls made by Care_Call you are immediately notified by pager so that you
may personally check on the status of your patient. The pager displays the
number of the patient requiring assistance. You will be assured that each
patients needs are met and a printed report is logged for each call made by the
system as well as the status of each call as it progresses through the
system.
Your patient can also be reminded to take medicines at the
appropriate times and they can listen to pre-recorded information and
activities.
This system may be used to start a small business in your
own home.
Set up is simple. One only needs to create a database record
for each patient that includes times, dates, phone numbers, alternate contact
numbers and a message number as required. Once a reminder message has been
recorded, you may share the recorded messages with other patients in the
database.

The new Care Call for Windows is
a user friendly voice calling system that will call and check the status of
elderly patients and out patients that you might wish to check on. The system
calls up to twice a day, checking on the status of the patient. If the patient
is okay, they press 1 or hang up to indicate all is well. If they press 2
during the day, the system will transfer them to the operator or any other
designated person or hunt group. During the night, the system suggests that
they dial 911, and the system will page the pager with the patient's home phone
number, indicating that help is needed. If the call goes unanswered, the pager
is also paged, indicating a possible problem. If the patient presses 3, a
pre-recorded message gives current information on activities or any other
information that you wish the patients to hear.

software allows an unlimited number of users, and will work on most phone
systems. Features include:
- Auto dialing, set by two clocks, one for AM and the
other for PM calling
- Pager notification (tone and display)
- Detailed reports to your printer, logging each call and
the result of the call
- Printer reports all changes made to the system by the
administrator
- Help report indicates the person's name, phone number,
and up to three alternate numbers
- Time and date stamp for all calls
- Administrator may select from the database separate day
and night queues
